Induction

Induction is an essential part of the employee’s lifecycle. It creates a lasting impression in their minds, helps to settle them into their job role, and to have a greater understanding of the organisation and their role in achieving the business goals.

An effective induction can result in a positively motivated employee, eager to grow within the organisation, thus increasing employee retention. An ineffective induction however, can lead to low morale and an increase in employee turnover.
